Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Crowdstirr account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Crowdstirr.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Crowdstirr. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Social Beacon
Social Beacon connects you with nearby users. You may only activate it with genuine intent to meet. Abuse — including activating Social Beacon to harass or to collect user data — will result in account suspension.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post illegal content; impersonate others; send spam; attempt to reverse engineer the app; use bots or automated scripts; or interfere with other users.
Events & Payments
Paid event fees are processed by Stripe. Crowdstirr is not liable for event cancellations by third-party organizers. Refunds are at the organizer's discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Crowdstirr is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdstirr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you in-app and require re-acceptance before continued use.
